What we collect
Account. When you sign in with Google we receive your email address, name and profile picture from Google, and store a user identifier.
Profile and goals. Age, sex, height, weight, activity level, dietary preferences, cuisines, disliked foods, allergies and your stated goal.
Activity. Meals you log (including photos), water, workouts, steps you choose to track, and your streak and progress data.
Health documents. Only if you choose to upload them. See the section below, which you should read before uploading anything.
Technical. Standard request logs, and crash reports if you experience an error. Crash reports are stripped of names, email addresses and document content.
Health documents and AI processing
If you upload a lab result or health report, the document is sent to our AI provider, [AI PROVIDER], to extract biomarker values and produce dietary guidance. We ask for your explicit consent before the first upload, and record that consent.
The findings we derive (for example “LDL cholesterol — high” and the resulting list of foods to limit) are then included in later requests to the same provider when you use the coach, the meal scanner, menu analysis, recipes or your log summary, so that the advice accounts for them.
We do not sell this data, and we do not use it for advertising. You can withdraw consent and delete every uploaded document and derived finding at any time from your profile. Deleting removes them from our systems; our AI provider’s own retention is governed by our agreement with them. The processors we use are listed under “Who we share it with” below.
Ayunara is not a medical service. Nothing it produces is a diagnosis or a treatment plan. Always talk to a qualified clinician about your results.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of processors to run the service: Vercel for application hosting, Supabase for the database, file storage and authentication (hosted in Mumbai, India), and Google for the AI features (Gemini, and Vertex AI for health-report analysis). Each is bound by a data processing agreement. We do not sell personal data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Your account data is kept while your account is open. When you delete your account we remove your profile, meals, photos, water, workouts, steps, progress, uploaded documents and derived findings. Aggregated, non-identifying usage counters are retained for billing reconciliation. Backups roll off within [N] days.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from your profile, or by emailing hello@nexflowailabs.com. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a supervisory authority.
Children
Ayunara is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact hello@nexflowailabs.com and we will delete it.
Changes
If we make a material change we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
