Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Nishit Sharma, sole proprietor trading as Nexflow AI Labs (“we”, “us”), GSTIN 29EZBPS5537N1ZI, at 3rd Floor, No. 401, SJR Redwoods Maple Block, Harlur Road, Off Sarjapur Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102. By creating an account or using Ayunara you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

This is the most important term here. Ayunara gives general nutrition and lifestyle information generated in part by artificial intelligence. It is not a medical device, not a diagnosis, and not a treatment plan, and it does not create a clinician–patient relationship.

AI-generated content can be wrong. Calorie and macro estimates from photos, menus and text search are approximations. Interpretations of uploaded lab reports may misread a value, a unit or a reference range. Always confirm anything that matters with a qualified healthcare professional, and never delay or disregard medical advice because of something you read here.

If you have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency service immediately. Do not use Ayunara.

You must be at least 18 years old. Ayunara is not designed for people managing an eating disorder, for pregnancy or lactation, or for clinical conditions requiring a supervised diet. Speak to your clinician before using it in any of those situations.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Tell us at nishit@nexflowailabs.com if you believe it has been compromised. You must give accurate information; the guidance you receive is only as good as the profile it is based on.

Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, use it to process other people’s health data without their consent, resell access, or use the AI features to generate unlawful or harmful content. We apply usage limits per account and may suspend accounts that abuse them.

Ayunara is currently free to use. If we introduce a paid subscription, prices, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown at checkout before you are charged, and prices will be inclusive of GST. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancel any time and you keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the terms shown at checkout together with your rights under applicable Indian consumer law.

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service for you — storing your photos and documents, and sending them to our AI provider to generate your results. We do not use your content to train models.

We aim to keep Ayunara available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features. If a change materially reduces what you paid for, we will give notice and a pro-rated refund where required.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and we exclude implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on AI-generated content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the [12] months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You may stop using Ayunara and delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached. Deletion is described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
