Iraqi-style spiced grilled fish with tamarind and turmeric, served with rice.

Ingredients
- 180 g White fish fillets
- ¾ tomato Tomatoes
- ¼ lemon Lemons
- ¾ tsp Tamarind paste
- ¼ tsp Turmeric
- 55 g Basmati rice
- ½ tbsp Olive oil
- 4 g Coriander
- ¼ tsp Salt
Method
- Mix the tamarind, turmeric, a little of the oil and salt into a paste and rub over the fish.
- Grill or pan-fry the fish for 4-5 minutes per side until just cooked through.
- Warm the sliced tomato in the remaining oil for 3-4 minutes.
- Serve the fish and tomato over the rice, scattered with coriander and a squeeze of lemon.
