Ingredients
- 130 g Lean beef mince (5%)
- 70 g Basmati rice
- 60 g Spinach
- ¾ carrot Carrots
- 50 g Bean sprouts
- 1 egg Eggs
- ½ tbsp Gochujang
- 1 tsp Toasted sesame oil
Method
- Cook the rice according to packet instructions.
- Stir-fry the beef mince in a hot pan for 5-6 minutes until browned.
- Blanch the spinach and bean sprouts separately for 1-2 minutes, and quickly sauté the carrot; fry the egg to your liking.
- Spoon the rice into a bowl, arrange the beef and vegetables on top, add the fried egg and gochujang, and mix well before eating.
