Pajeon-style scallion pancake
Crisp Korean scallion pancake with a savoury soy dipping sauce.

Ingredients
- 45 g Plain flour
- 40 g Spring onions
- 1 egg Eggs
- 1 tsp Toasted sesame oil
- ½ tbsp Soy sauce (reduced salt)
- ¼ carrot Carrots
Method
- Whisk the flour with 100ml water and the egg to a smooth batter.
- Stir in the spring onion and carrot.
- Heat the sesame oil in a non-stick pan and pour in the batter, spreading into a thin round.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes a side until crisp and golden. Slice and serve with the soy sauce.
