Jeyuk bokkeum (Korean spicy pork stir-fry)
Thin pork slices stir-fried with onion and cabbage in a fiery gochujang glaze.

Ingredients
- 170 g Pork tenderloin
- ½ onion Onion
- 70 g Cabbage
- 65 g Jasmine rice
- 2 tsp Gochugaru (Korean chilli flakes)
- ½ tbsp Gochujang
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 5 g Ginger
- 1¼ tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Toasted sesame oil
- ½ tbsp Sunflower oil
Method
- Cook the rice according to packet instructions.
- Mix the pork with gochugaru, gochujang, garlic, ginger and sugar, and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a pan and stir-fry the onion for 2 minutes.
- Add the marinated pork and cabbage, and stir-fry for 6-7 minutes until the pork is cooked through and the cabbage is tender.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and serve with the rice.
