Ingredients
- 10 wrappers Dumpling/gyoza wrappers
- 80 g Pork tenderloin
- 60 g Cabbage
- 15 g Spring onions
- 5 g Ginger
- 1 clove Garlic
- ¾ tbsp Soy sauce (reduced salt)
- 1 tsp Toasted sesame oil
- ½ tbsp Sunflower oil
Method
- Mix the minced pork with cabbage, spring onion, ginger, garlic, half the soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Spoon a little filling into each wrapper, wet the edge and pleat closed into a crescent.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, arrange the dumplings flat-side down and fry for 2 minutes until golden.
- Add 60ml water, cover and steam for 5 minutes, then uncover and let the water evaporate until the base is crisp again. Serve with the remaining soy sauce.
