Salmon onigiri
Hand-pressed rice balls stuffed with flaked salmon and wrapped in nori.

Ingredients
- 90 g Sushi rice
- 60 g Salmon fillets
- 1 sheet Nori sheets
- ¾ tsp Sesame seeds
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¼ tbsp Rice vinegar
Method
- Cook the sushi rice, then fold through the rice vinegar and a pinch of salt while warm.
- Pan-fry the salmon for 3-4 minutes each side, then flake into small pieces, discarding skin.
- With wet hands, shape a portion of rice around a spoonful of flaked salmon into a triangle or ball.
- Wrap a strip of nori around each onigiri and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
