Sweet-savoury rolled Japanese omelette sliced over steamed rice with nori and spring onion.

Ingredients
- 55 g Jasmine rice
- 2 eggs Eggs
- ¼ tbsp Soy sauce (reduced salt)
- ¾ tsp Toasted sesame oil
- 5 g Spring onions
- 1 sheet Nori sheets
Method
- Cook the rice according to the packet.
- Whisk the eggs with the soy sauce. Heat the sesame oil in a small non-stick pan and pour in a thin layer of egg.
- As it sets, roll it to one side, pour in more egg and roll again, building up layers into a log.
- Slice the omelette and serve over the rice, topped with spring onion and nori.
