Ingredients
- 160 g Salmon fillets
- 55 g Basmati rice
- 2 tsp Harissa
- ¼ lemon Lemons
- ½ tbsp Olive oil
- 5 g Coriander
- ¼ tsp Salt
Method
- Mix the harissa with the lemon juice and half the oil.
- Season the salmon and pan-fry skin-side down in the remaining oil for 4 minutes.
- Flip, brush with the harissa mixture and cook for 3-4 minutes more until just cooked through.
- Serve over the rice, scattered with coriander.
