Ingredients
- 160 g Chicken breast
- 2¾ tbsp Cornflour
- 2 cloves Garlic
- ¾ tbsp Gochujang
- 1 tsp Gochugaru (Korean chilli flakes)
- 1½ tsp Sugar
- ¾ tbsp Sunflower oil
- 65 g Jasmine rice
- ¼ tsp Sesame seeds
Method
- Cook the rice according to packet instructions.
- Toss the chicken in cornflour and fry in the oil for 7-8 minutes, turning, until crisp and cooked through.
- Whisk the garlic, gochujang, gochugaru and sugar with a splash of water into a smooth glaze.
- Warm the glaze in a separate pan for 1-2 minutes, then toss the crispy chicken through until well coated.
- Scatter with sesame seeds and serve with the rice.
