Kafta bil siniyah (baked kofta tray)
Spiced beef kofta baked in a single tray with potato and tomato.

Ingredients
- 120 g Lean beef mince (5%)
- 120 g Potatoes
- ¾ tomato Tomatoes
- ½ onion Onion
- ½ tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Baharat spice mix
- ¼ tsp Salt
Method
- Heat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan). Mix the mince with the grated onion, baharat and salt, and press into a flat layer in a baking dish.
- Arrange the sliced potato over the meat, then the tomato on top.
- Drizzle with the oil and cover with foil.
- Bake for 25 minutes covered, then uncover and bake a further 10 minutes until the potato is tender and the top is golden.
