Paneer paratha with mint chutney

Ingredients
- 80 g Wholewheat flour (atta)
- 90 g Paneer
- ¾ chilli Green chillies
- 5 g Coriander
- ¾ tsp Chaat masala
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¾ tbsp Sunflower oil
- 8 g Mint
- 30 g Plain yogurt (curd)
Method
- Mix crumbled paneer with green chilli, coriander, chaat masala and a pinch of salt for the filling.
- Make a soft dough with atta, salt and water; rest for 10 minutes, then divide into 2 balls.
- Blend mint with the curd and a pinch of salt into a smooth chutney.
- Stuff each dough ball with paneer filling, roll gently and cook on a hot tawa with oil until golden, 3 minutes a side.
- Serve hot with the mint chutney.
