Ragi dosa

Ingredients
- 60 g Ragi flour
- 20 g Rice flour
- 30 g Plain yogurt (curd)
- ½ chilli Green chillies
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- ½ tbsp Sunflower oil
- ¼ tsp Salt
Method
- Whisk the ragi flour, rice flour, curd, cumin, chilli and salt with water into a thin, pourable batter.
- Rest the batter for 10 minutes.
- Pour a ladle onto a hot pan and spread thin, working quickly as the batter is runny.
- Drizzle a little oil and cook 2-3 minutes until the edges lift and crisp.
- Serve hot, folded, with chutney.
