Salmon burger with dill yogurt sauce
A homemade salmon patty on a wholemeal bun with a cooling dill yogurt sauce.

Ingredients
- 130 g Salmon fillets
- 1 bun Wholemeal burger buns
- 30 g Plain yogurt (curd)
- 3 g Dill
- ¼ lemon Lemons
- 15 g Lettuce
Method
- Finely chop the salmon, season well and shape into a patty.
- Fry for 3-4 minutes a side until cooked through.
- Mix the yogurt with the dill and a squeeze of lemon.
- Toast the bun and build the burger with lettuce, the patty and the dill yogurt sauce.
