Schezwan tofu stir-fry
Firm tofu and bell pepper in a fiery garlic-chilli Schezwan-style sauce, gluten-free with tamari.

Ingredients
- 150 g Firm tofu
- ½ pepper Bell peppers
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 chilli Green chillies
- ¾ tbsp Tamari (gluten-free)
- 1¼ tsp Toasted sesame oil
- 55 g Basmati rice
Method
- Heat the sesame oil in a wok and pan-fry the tofu for 4-5 minutes, turning, until golden; remove.
- In the same wok, stir-fry the garlic and green chilli for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the bell pepper and stir-fry 3-4 minutes over high heat.
- Return the tofu, add the tamari and toss for 2 minutes to coat well.
- Rinse the rice and simmer in twice its volume of water for 15 minutes; serve the tofu over the rice.
