Spiced Gulf prawns with rice
Baharat-spiced grilled prawns over fragrant rice with a light tomato sauce.

Ingredients
- 180 g Prawns
- 55 g Basmati rice
- ¼ onion Onion
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tsp Baharat spice mix
- ½ tomato Tomatoes
- ½ tbsp Olive oil
- 4 g Coriander
- ¼ tsp Salt
Method
- Toss the prawns with the baharat, a little of the oil and salt.
- Warm the remaining oil and cook the onion and garlic for 5 minutes, then add the tomato and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the prawns and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink and just cooked through.
- Serve over the rice, scattered with coriander.
