Filipino garlic fried rice with pan-fried beef and a fried egg.

Ingredients
- 55 g Jasmine rice
- 90 g Lean beef mince (5%)
- 1 egg Eggs
- 2 cloves Garlic
- ½ tbsp Sunflower oil
- ¼ tbsp Vinegar
- ½ tbsp Soy sauce (reduced salt)
Method
- Cook the rice according to the packet, then fry with half the garlic in a little oil for 3-4 minutes.
- Marinate the beef in the vinegar and soy sauce for 10 minutes, then fry with the remaining garlic for 4-5 minutes until browned.
- Fry the egg in a lightly oiled pan for 2-3 minutes until the white is set.
- Serve the garlic rice topped with the beef and fried egg.
