Ingredients
- 170 g White fish fillets
- 1 tbsp Tamarind paste
- ¾ tomato Tomatoes
- ½ onion Onion
- 70 g Radish
- 50 g Green beans
- 60 g Spinach
- 1¾ tsp Fish sauce
- 55 g Jasmine rice
Method
- Cook the rice in a covered pan with water for 20 minutes.
- Simmer the onion, tomato and radish in 600ml water for 10 minutes until softened.
- Stir in the tamarind, then add the fish and green beans and simmer 8 minutes until the fish is just cooked.
- Add the spinach and simmer 2 minutes until wilted.
- Season with fish sauce and serve with the rice.
