Ingredients
- 160 g Pork tenderloin
- 1 tbsp Tamarind paste
- ¾ tomato Tomatoes
- ½ onion Onion
- 80 g Radish
- 60 g Green beans
- 60 g Spinach
- 1¾ tsp Fish sauce
- 55 g Jasmine rice
Method
- Cook the rice in a covered pan with water for 20 minutes.
- Simmer the pork with the onion and tomato in 700ml water for 20 minutes until nearly tender.
- Stir in the tamarind and radish, simmer 8 minutes.
- Add the green beans and spinach, simmer 3 minutes until just tender.
- Season with fish sauce and serve with the rice.
