Ingredients
- 65 g Sushi rice
- 50 g Tuna in water (tinned)
- ¾ tbsp Light mayonnaise
- 1 sheet Nori sheets
- ¼ tbsp Soy sauce (reduced salt)
- ¼ tsp Salt
Method
- Cook the sushi rice and season lightly with salt while warm.
- Mix the flaked tuna with mayonnaise and a dash of soy sauce.
- With wet hands, shape rice around a spoonful of the tuna mixture into a ball or triangle.
- Wrap a strip of nori around each onigiri to serve.
