Ingredients
- 60 g Jasmine rice
- 150 g Pork tenderloin
- ¾ stalk Lemongrass
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2½ tsp Fish sauce
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 egg Eggs
- ½ tbsp Sunflower oil
- ¼ cucumber Cucumber
Method
- Cook the rice in a covered pan with water for 20 minutes.
- Marinate the pork with lemongrass, garlic, fish sauce and sugar for at least 10 minutes.
- Pan-fry or grill the pork for 4 minutes per side until charred and cooked through.
- Fry the egg in the oil for 2 minutes until the white is set.
- Serve the rice with the pork, fried egg and sliced cucumber.
