Garlic prawns (camarones al ajillo)
Prawns sizzled in plenty of garlic and olive oil with a squeeze of lime.

Ingredients
- 200 g Prawns
- 3 cloves Garlic
- ½ tbsp Olive oil
- ¼ lime Limes
- ¾ tsp Chilli flakes
- 60 g Brown rice
- 5 g Parsley
- ¼ tsp Salt
Method
- Simmer the brown rice in twice its volume of water for 25 minutes until tender.
- Warm the oil over medium heat and gently cook the garlic for 2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
- Add the prawns and chilli flakes, and cook 3 minutes per side until pink and just cooked through.
- Squeeze over the lime, scatter with parsley and serve over the rice.
