Ingredients
- 90 g Paneer
- 60 g Potatoes
- 1¼ tbsp Cornflour
- ½ onion Onion
- ¾ tomato Tomatoes
- 15 g Cashews
- 20 ml Single cream
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
- ½ tsp Salt
- 5 g Coriander
- 55 g Basmati rice
Method
- Cook the rice in twice its volume of water for 12 minutes, covered.
- Mix grated paneer, mashed potato and cornflour into a dough, shape into small balls, and shallow-fry until golden; drain.
- Simmer onion, tomato and cashews in a little water for 10 minutes, then blend smooth.
- Heat the gravy, season with salt and garam masala, and simmer 6 minutes, then swirl in the cream.
- Add the koftas just before serving so they stay soft, and serve with the rice.
