Spiced gram-flour and wheat flatbread served simply with curd and pickle, a Rajasthani staple plate.

Ingredients
- 55 g Wholewheat flour (atta)
- 35 g Gram flour (besan)
- ¾ tsp Ground cumin
- ¼ tsp Chilli powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¾ tbsp Sunflower oil
- 150 g Plain yogurt (curd)
- 1¾ tsp Mango pickle
Method
- Mix the atta and besan with cumin, chilli powder, salt and a little water into a firm dough.
- Divide into 2 balls and roll each into a roti.
- Cook on a hot tawa with a little oil each side until browned and cooked through, about 3 minutes a side.
- Serve with the curd and a spoonful of pickle.
