Ingredients
- 50 g Gram flour (besan)
- 60 g Plain yogurt (curd)
- ½ chilli Green chillies
- 2 g Curry leaves
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- ¼ tsp Baking powder
- ¾ tbsp Sunflower oil
- ¼ tsp Salt
Method
- Whisk the besan, curd, cumin, baking powder and salt into a thick, smooth batter; rest 15 minutes.
- Stir in the green chilli and curry leaves.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter into hot oil.
- Fry for 3-4 minutes, turning, until deep golden and cooked through.
- Drain on paper and serve hot with chutney.
