Soft leavened flatbread stuffed with spiced paneer, cooked Punjabi-style with a little butter.

Ingredients
- 75 g Plain flour
- 30 g Plain yogurt (curd)
- ½ tsp Baking powder
- 70 g Paneer
- ½ chilli Green chillies
- 5 g Coriander
- ¾ tsp Chaat masala
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ½ tbsp Butter
Method
- Make a soft dough with the flour, curd, baking powder, a pinch of salt and a little water; rest 30 minutes.
- Mix crumbled paneer with chilli, coriander, chaat masala and a pinch of salt for the filling.
- Divide the dough into 2 balls, stuff with the paneer filling and roll out gently.
- Cook on a hot tawa until bubbled and browned on both sides, then brush with butter before serving.
