Ingredients
- 170 g Mackerel fillets
- 70 g Jasmine rice
- 60 g Radish
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¼ lemon Lemons
- 8 g Spring onions
Method
- Cook the rice according to packet instructions.
- Season the mackerel with salt and grill or pan-fry skin-side down for 5 minutes, then flip for 3 minutes until crisp and cooked through.
- Grate the radish and squeeze lightly.
- Serve the mackerel with the grated radish, a lemon wedge and the rice, scattered with spring onion.
