Ingredients
- 180 g Squid
- 55 g Basmati rice
- 1 clove Garlic
- ¼ lemon Lemons
- ½ tbsp Olive oil
- ¾ tsp Chilli flakes
- 5 g Parsley
- ¼ tsp Salt
Method
- Pat the squid dry and season with salt.
- Warm the oil over high heat, add the garlic and chilli flakes for 30 seconds, then the squid.
- Sear for 2-3 minutes only, tossing, until just opaque; overcooking will make it tough.
- Squeeze over the lemon, scatter with parsley and serve over the rice.
