Turkish white beans simmered in a garlicky, paprika-spiced tomato sauce.

Ingredients
- 220 g Cannellini beans (tinned, drained)
- ½ onion Onion
- 100 g Chopped tomatoes (tinned)
- 1 clove Garlic
- ½ tbsp Olive oil
- ¾ tsp Paprika
- ¾ tsp Chilli flakes
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 40 g Basmati rice
Method
- Warm the oil and cook the onion for 7 minutes until soft. Add the garlic and paprika for 1 minute.
- Stir in the tomatoes and beans and simmer for 15 minutes until thickened, seasoning with salt and chilli flakes.
- Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the packet.
- Serve the beans spooned over the rice.
