Steamed vegetable momos
Delicate steamed dumplings filled with finely chopped cabbage, carrot and garlic.

Ingredients
- 30 g Plain flour
- 50 g Cabbage
- ¼ carrot Carrots
- 15 g Spring onions
- 1 clove Garlic
- ¼ tbsp Soy sauce (reduced salt)
- ¼ tbsp Sunflower oil
- ½ tsp Toasted sesame oil
- ¼ tsp Salt
Method
- Knead the flour with water into a smooth, firm dough; rest 15 minutes and roll into small thin discs.
- Mix the cabbage, carrot, spring onion and garlic with the soy sauce, oils and salt for the filling.
- Place a spoon of filling in each disc and pleat the edges to seal into a dumpling shape.
- Steam over boiling water for 10-12 minutes until the wrapper turns translucent.
- Serve hot with a chilli dipping sauce.
