Baked vegetable samosa
A lighter, oven-baked take on the classic potato and pea samosa, still flaky and golden.

Ingredients
- 25 g Plain flour
- 90 g Potatoes
- 25 g Green peas
- ½ chilli Green chillies
- ½ tsp Cumin seeds
- ¼ tbsp Sunflower oil
- ½ tsp Garam masala
- 3 g Coriander
- ¼ tsp Salt
Method
- Knead the flour with a little oil, salt and water into a firm dough; rest 15 minutes.
- Mash the boiled potato with peas, cumin, garam masala, green chilli, coriander and salt.
- Roll the dough thin, cut into rounds, fold into cones, fill with the potato mix and seal the edges.
- Brush lightly with oil and bake at 200°C for 20-25 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Serve hot with chutney.
