Crisp tofu in peanut sauce
Tofu fried hard, tossed through a peanut and lime sauce with bok choy.

Ingredients
- 180 g Firm tofu
- 1½ tbsp Peanut butter
- 80 g Pak choi
- 2¼ tsp Toasted sesame oil
- ¾ tbsp Tamari (gluten-free)
- ¼ lime Limes
- 1 clove Garlic
- ¾ chilli Red chillies
Method
- Press the tofu twenty minutes, cube it and fry in the oil until crisp on all sides.
- Whisk the peanut butter with tamari, lime and a splash of hot water to a pourable sauce.
- Add the garlic, chilli and bok choy to the pan and cook two minutes.
- Return the tofu, pour over the sauce and toss to coat.
