Baked vada pav
A lighter, oven-baked spiced potato patty tucked into a soft pav with garlic chutney.

Ingredients
- 1½ pavs Pav buns
- 130 g Potatoes
- ½ chilli Green chillies
- 1 clove Garlic
- ½ tbsp Green chutney
- 1 tsp Tamarind paste
- ¼ tbsp Sunflower oil
- ¼ tsp Chilli powder
- 3 g Coriander
- ¼ tsp Salt
Method
- Mash the boiled potato with crushed garlic, green chilli, chilli powder, coriander and salt; shape into a small patty.
- Brush lightly with oil and bake at 200°C for 15-18 minutes, turning once, until golden.
- Split the pav and spread with green chutney and tamarind.
- Tuck the hot patty inside and serve immediately.
