Cataplana-style seafood stew
A fragrant Portuguese seafood stew of white fish, prawns and mussels in tomato broth.

Ingredients
- 120 g White fish fillets
- 120 g Prawns
- 100 g Mussels
- 120 g Chopped tomatoes (tinned)
- ½ pepper Bell peppers
- ½ onion Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- ¾ tbsp Olive oil
- ½ tsp Smoked paprika
- 5 g Coriander
- ¼ tsp Salt
Method
- Warm the oil and cook the onion and pepper for 6 minutes until soft, then add the garlic and paprika for a minute.
- Stir in the tomato tin and simmer for 8 minutes to build the sauce.
- Add the fish and mussels, cover and cook for 6 minutes, then add the prawns for a final 3 minutes until everything is cooked through.
- Season and finish with coriander.
