Ingredients
- 60 g Puffed rice (murmura)
- ¼ onion Onion
- ¼ tomato Tomatoes
- 10 g Peanuts
- ¼ tbsp Mustard oil
- ½ chilli Green chillies
- ¼ lemon Lemons
- 4 g Coriander
- ¼ tsp Salt
Method
- Toss the puffed rice with the chopped onion, tomato, peanuts and green chilli.
- Drizzle over the mustard oil and lemon juice and season with salt.
- Toss well so every grain is coated.
- Scatter with coriander and serve immediately.
