Thin, crisp fried raw banana chips seasoned with a little turmeric and salt.

Ingredients
- 120 g Raw banana (green plantain)
- ¾ tbsp Coconut oil
- ¼ tsp Turmeric
- ¼ tsp Salt
Method
- Peel the raw banana and slice it paper-thin using a mandoline or sharp knife.
- Toss the slices with turmeric and a little salted water.
- Heat the coconut oil in a wide pan and fry the slices in batches for 2-3 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Drain well on paper.
- Season with a little extra salt and serve once cooled.
