Ingredients
- 1¼ tortillas Flour tortillas
- ¾ carrot Carrots
- 70 g Cabbage
- 50 g Green beans
- 2 cloves Garlic
- ½ tbsp Soy sauce (reduced salt)
- 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
- ½ tsp Black pepper
Method
- Stir-fry the garlic, carrot, cabbage and green beans in a little of the oil for 5 minutes until softened, season with soy sauce and pepper.
- Cool the filling slightly, then spoon onto the tortillas and roll up tightly, sealing the edge with a little water.
- Heat the remaining oil in a pan and shallow-fry the rolls for 2 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
- Drain briefly on paper and slice in half before serving.
