Ingredients
- ¾ banana Bananas
- 25 g Rice flour
- 8 g Plain flour
- 1¼ tsp Sugar
- ½ tbsp Sunflower oil
- 10 g Peanuts
- ¼ tsp Salt
Method
- Whisk the rice flour, plain flour, sugar, salt and 60ml water into a smooth batter.
- Dip the banana pieces into the batter to coat evenly.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the battered banana for 2 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
- Drain briefly on paper before serving warm.
