Ingredients
- 250 g Kale
- ½ onion Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 4 g Ginger
- ¾ chilli Green chillies
- ½ tbsp Sunflower oil
- 100 ml Vegetable stock
- 1 injera Injera (teff flatbread)
- ¼ tsp Salt
Method
- Fry the onion, garlic and ginger in the oil for 5 minutes until soft.
- Add the kale and green chilli with the stock, cover and cook for 12 minutes until tender.
- Season with salt and serve with the injera alongside.
