Ingredients
- 50 g Whole green moong
- ¼ onion Onion
- ¼ tomato Tomatoes
- 8 g Fresh coconut
- ¼ tbsp Sunflower oil
- ¼ tsp Chilli powder
- ¼ tsp Turmeric
- 3 g Coriander
- ¼ tsp Salt
Method
- Boil the sprouted moong in water for 8-10 minutes until just tender; drain.
- Heat the oil and cook the onion for 4-5 minutes until soft.
- Add the tomato, turmeric and chilli powder, and cook until pulpy.
- Fold in the sprouts and coconut, and cook 3-4 minutes.
- Scatter with coriander and serve warm.
