Ingredients
- 80 g Basmati rice
- 1 sheet Nori sheets
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds
- ¼ tsp Salt
Method
- Cook the rice according to packet instructions, then cool until warm enough to handle.
- With wet hands, shape the rice into triangles or balls and press a strip of nori around each.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and a little salt, then serve warm or at room temperature.
