Ingredients
- 2¾ tbsp Sesame seeds
- 18 g Jaggery
- ¼ tbsp Sunflower oil
Method
- Dry-roast the sesame seeds in a pan for 3-4 minutes until fragrant and lightly golden; cool slightly.
- Warm the jaggery with the oil in the same pan over low heat until melted and syrupy.
- Stir in the roasted sesame seeds off the heat and mix well.
- While still warm, shape into small ladoos with lightly oiled hands and cool completely before serving.
