No-bake oat and date balls with peanut butter and chia, in the style of Anzac treats.

Ingredients
- 40 g Rolled oats
- 5 dates Dates
- ¾ tbsp Peanut butter
- ½ tbsp Chia seeds
Method
- Blitz the oats, dates, peanut butter and chia seeds in a food processor until the mixture sticks together.
- If it seems dry, add a teaspoon of water and blitz again.
- Roll into 4-5 small balls.
- Chill for at least 20 minutes before eating; keep refrigerated.
